DE Klop BV Delivers Engineering for Workboat in the Mining Industry
At DE Klop BV, we are pleased to announce that we have recently completed the engineering for a workboat specifically designed for the mining industry. This project involved developing a detailed 3D model and delivering all the necessary construction drawings and steel cutting information for the ship’s construction.
The engineering package included not only the construction drawings but also all the information required for steel cutting. Additionally, we performed detailed strength calculations and further designed and refined the deck structures. Thanks to close collaboration with the client, all necessary equipment was successfully integrated into the ship’s design.
The workboat will be used to support various mining activities, such as dredger maintenance and transporting large components. The vessel meets the highest standards, which is crucial for the demanding conditions of the mining industry.
