DE Klop is currently manufacturing a new soil feeder, following the successful completion of the design and engineering phase.

The soil feeder has been developed to provide a controlled and continuous supply of soil to the dredging process. Material is fed into the unit, where it is mixed with water to create a pumpable soil-water mixture. This allows the material to be efficiently transported further through the dredging and pipeline system.

The complete unit has been engineered with a strong focus on simplicity, reliability and practical operation. By combining robust mechanical design with proven dredging technology, the soil feeder provides a flexible solution for projects where excavated or supplied material needs to be introduced into a hydraulic transport system.

Fabrication and assembly are currently underway at DE Klop. Once completed, the soil feeder will be tested before delivery to the customer and commissioning in the field.

For DE Klop, this project is another example of our approach to dredging equipment: developing practical, fit-for-purpose solutions based on the specific operational requirements of the customer.

From engineering to fabrication — turning a dredging challenge into a practical solution.
