DE Klop’s Smart Production Monitoring System changes that by providing operators with continuous insight into production, slurry concentration, and overall dredging performance.
Designed as a practical retrofit solution, the system can be installed on both new and existing dredgers with minimal modifications. Using a combination of standard process sensors and advanced data algorithms, it accurately determines slurry concentration and production without the need for radioactive density gauges.
Unlike conventional nuclear density measurement systems, the DE Klop solution is completely non-nuclear. It is unaffected by salinity variations, requires no special permits or licensing, and eliminates the costs and administrative burden associated with radioactive sources.
